The amazing thing about Reiki energy is that it can be directed to someone without the constraints of time and space. In other words, while in the comfort of your own home, you can receive a full Reiki session that is just as powerful and healing as an in-person session.
We will set up a time that is convenient for both parties and I will text you at the beginning of the session to connect energies, as well as at the end of the session to check in about how you are feeling and to answer any questions. Distance sessions are most successful when the recipient is calm, undistracted, and open to receiving the energy. This is a great option for busy folks or for people who do not live near a Reiki practitioner. The energy can reach anywhere in the world, so even another country is absolutely do-able!
